Coastal MIBOX is a family-owned company providing mobile storage containers for moving and short-term storage throughout southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Established in 2017, Coastal MIBOX has grown to become one of the region’s largest mobile storage container providers.

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our office team on a part-time basis, supporting both Bridges Bros Movers and Coastal MIBOX.

This position will primarily focus on customer service and phone support, including answering incoming calls, assisting customers with general questions, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls as needed. The role will also assist with a variety of day-to-day administrative and office tasks.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is looking for a consistent part-time daytime schedule in a friendly, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions
• Schedule survey appointments and collect basic move or service information
• Make outbound calls to customers for scheduling and follow-up
• Communicate clearly with customers and relay important details to our sales and operations teams
• Assist with light administrative tasks, data entry, and office organization
• Help keep customer and scheduling information accurate and up to date
• Provide a professional, friendly experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software
• Ability to learn and work within CRM and other business software
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous customer service or office experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule & Details

• Part-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with some flexibility
• Consistent daytime schedule
• In-person position at our North Hampton, NH office

What you’ll earn

Crew Chiefs start at $25/hr plus tips, with higher rates based on experience and a peak-season boost of an extra $2.50/hr from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

What you’ll do

You’ll work alongside an experienced, tight-knit crew loading, transporting, and delivering customers’ belongings safely. Hours are Monday–Friday plus alternating Saturdays, typically 7:30 to 4:30, varying by job. We promote based on capability and drive, so anyone who shows up ready to take on more will find real opportunities to advance into lead and driver roles.

What we’re looking for

Someone dependable with a positive attitude who works well as part of a team.

You’ll need to:

• Lift and carry 100+ lbs (furniture and other objects as required)
• Have reliable transportation
• Be available Monday through Friday plus 2 Saturdays per month
• For driver roles: have a DOT Medical Card or be able to get one (no CDL required)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Packer is responsible for the wrapping and boxing of contents on residential and commercial jobs.  Experience in the moving industry is ideal, but not a requirement.  We will train the right person. ​

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay depends on experience, but no less than $20/hr. plus tips ($20-$30 on most jobs)
